Job Title: Construction Site Manager
Responsibilities:
▪ Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
▪ Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to achieve project goals.
▪ Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
▪ Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
▪ Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
▪ Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts as they arise.
▪ Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
▪ Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and equipment.
▪ Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders.
▪ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
▪ Proven experience as a construction site manager or similar role.
▪ Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety regulations.
▪ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
▪ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
▪ Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
▪ Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
▪ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
▪ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
▪ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Experience:
▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
▪ Demonstrated success in managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
▪ Experience leading and coordinating construction teams and subcontractors.
▪ Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
▪ Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
