Job Title: Construction Site Foreman

Responsibilities:

▪ Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.

▪ Oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

▪ Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.

▪ Assign tasks and responsibilities to construction workers.

▪ Monitor progress and productivity to meet project deadlines.

▪ Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

▪ Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.

▪ Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts.

▪ Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and equipment.

▪ Communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

▪ High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certifications preferred.

▪ Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.

▪ Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.

▪ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

▪ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

▪ Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment.

▪ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

▪ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

▪ Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

▪ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

 

Experience:

▪ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or foreman role.

▪ Demonstrated success in leading construction crews and subcontractors.

▪ Experience working on medium to large-scale construction projects.

▪ Familiarity with construction project management processes and practices.

▪ Track record of maintaining productivity, quality, and safety on construction sites.
